Hi 

Has anyone else experienced in the last couple of days the fitbit sense resetting itself mid exercise (I used walk and run mainly) - it's so hit and miss and obviously very frustrating! 

 

I'm on iPhone IOS 14.7.1 and my Fitbit app is up to date. Does anyone know what's going on and how to resolve it?

In the meantime, I'd recommend performing a restart to your Fitbit device by following the instructions provided in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Before performing the restart, please make sure to confirm you have a Fitbit Sense and not a different model.
