Hi there, @DrewLofton. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Sense from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Sense again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Sense.

If you can't get started with your Sense, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If you continue having difficulties to update your Fitbit device, see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

My Sense is stuck on the Logo with a 3/4 circle around it. As if stuck uploading software and cannot finish. It wears the battery down in about an hour. I tried all the steps shown to re-set up my Sense after unpair and hard reboot, but the logo just comes back to same status. I even tried to let it sit for a couple of days to make sure the battery is dead and then restart, no help. Isn't there a way to reload software, or force a software update?
