After I wake up in the morning and sit down to have a cup of coffee, fitbit continues to record my sleep record presumably because I’m not moving and my HR is slow. How can I stop or edit this?

Hi there, @Judoal. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.

As a first approached, I'd recommend to sync your Fitbit device to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly. 

Edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
