Noticed the screen was blank a couple of days ago, so did the hard reset by holding down for 10 seconds. Took a few false starts but then seemed ok. Later that evening it restarts randomly and is stuck on the Fitbit logo before going blank. It was on 92% battery when this all started but tried plugging it in and doing the 10 second thing again, didn’t even vibrate and has been dead for almost 48 hours now. Contacted support 14 hours ago by email because the chat is “unavailable” and have heard nothing, with no way to get in touch about the issue. Pretty unimpressed.
