HELP 😩
My sense was working fine yesterday but now the red light is always on at the back
no more green ,no mor sleep tracking also
Also shuts down and restarts by itself
tried re starting it a couple of times while on charger or not
Nothing seems to help

In addition to what you've tried, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I tried all that
even a factory reset
uninstalled an re installed the watch
the red light at the back is permanently on even if I turn it off
what is next?

as of now ,my Fitbit is unresponsive to anything 😫
I don’t understand how can a watch go from working perfectly fine one day to dead the next one …
