Sense isn't charging properly and warranty query

Hello

I have a Sense given to for my birthday last year as an update to my previous fitbit. My wife also has a Sense.

Mine is driving me crazy

Yesterday 3 hours on charge to get 47% on the same charger my wife uses successfully.

Sometimes on charge it ends up empty

My oxygen comes occasionally 

Last night it produced a spot on screen that I couldn't shift

I have been unable to contact anybody re warranty

I have been trying since January to get help

Hopefully somebody will read this forum

Hi @Tedd47 - if your watch gets hot while charging stop immediately, it may have internal damage, possibly from water.
