Sense isn't syncing, connecting to wi-fi and tracking well

The Sense is not worth the money at all!!!! Had mine for one month and issues are starting with it not syncing, not tracking correctly, not connecting to WIFI... the list goes on and on....

How often does it need to connect to WiFi. Music updates, app updates, and firmware, that is it? The Sense needs to be plugged in and charging before the Sense will even try to connect to WiFi.

If android, have you checked here and here? IOS check here
