New to the Sense Fitbit game. My versa 2 was on point every time with my friend who walks with me. Got the Sense and it is WAY off. Thought might need a update. Nope, that’s not it. Very frustrating when trying to track mileage for fitness performance and it doesn’t do it correctly:(

Thank you for informing us about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense.

 

If you haven't done so, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article in the menu "How do I get my Fitbit device to connect to GPS?".

 

In addition, you can restart your Watch by following these instructions.
