Sense just stopped working

Sense stopped working today. Charged to about 85% earlier. Worked normally for an hour or so then a black screen. Nothing gets the screen working, charger, button on the side. A little over a year old. Used every day.

Any thoughts?

Hi, @OzzieMac, welcome to the community, May I suggest you try the reset again with the side button? In particular, squeeze the button for about 20 seconds until the logo appears then release it. After a further 30 seconds, the clock face should appear. Once this has occurred swipe left to the today icon & touch it, the today data should then appear. I discovered the blacked-out screen seemed to be after swiping up where today's data is typically displayed but was missing. Frustratingly swiping down from the blacked-out screen does not get you back to the clock face.
