Sense keeps asking to visit kzl.io site

I have the fitbit sense and have managed to click on a clock face that I do not want. I now have a message on my watch to tell me to go to a website to enter a code, but the site does not seem to work and I can not get the message off my screen.

I have left my watch to go flat and it is still there. I can not do anything with my very expensive watch. Please help

Hi, @Sammi04, welcome to the community, select a different clock screen (made by Fitbit - not someone else) in the Fitbit app. From the today screen in the Fitbit app on your phone touch your icon in the top left corner>"Sense" tile>gallery>clocks>by Fitbit and set up a new clock face. If necessary restart your "Sense" by squeezing the side button for about 20 seconds and releasing it when the logo appears. After about 35 seconds you should be back to normal. Incidentally which clock face were you trying to install?

No luck getting rid of this off of my watch either. Can't get in to settings either to try to change anything!

Try to change your clock face by going through the Fitbit app…not using the Fitbit watch. Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Sense. Next tap Gallery. Change your clock face here. Preferably change your clock face to either the original clock face or any other clock face made my Fitbit.
