The sense I have keeps crashing then the time is wrong and when I sync it it takes ages to sync and the watch also lags and sometimes restarts itself

Hi @0maximusprime_0 - if you factory reset and stuck with the default clock face and it has issues still then the watch is faulty and if under warranty can be replaced.

Ok thanks I’m going to try factory resetting it again and leave the clock face as the default and see if it still does it
Haven’t had any problems all day normally it would of crashed once or twice and the side button would of gotten stuck but haven’t had any of that 👍
