Sense keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth

Have to constantly pair my Sense with the Fitbit app, like every couple hours. Not sure why.

Hi @sandi.g.39 - what do you do to pair the Sense with the app? And why do you need do this? What is not working as it should?

 

Normally if the app and Bluetooth are allowed to run in background, see battery optimization, and you have logged out of the app and restarted both your watch and phone? it should work.

Hi Guy, thanks for the reply. I did do that eventually and now it’s working as it should. I don’t know why it kept disconnecting all of a sudden in the last two days. I always let Bluetooth and Fitbit app run in the background so I guess it’s a mystery. Glad it’s working now though and I’ll know what to do if it happens again. Problem solved!
