My sense keeps loosing Bluetooth pairing. Every day or so I have to forget device, and the re-pair. iOS is up to date, as is the sense and Fitbit app.

I’m sure having to keep pairing your Sense has to be beyond frustrating if it has to be done so often! Definitely not something that would be pleasant. Have you tried restarting your Fitbit Sense? That might help resolve the problem. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. You won’t lose any of your data doing a restart. If the problem persist I would try clanging your clock face (preferably one by Fitbit) to see if the syncing issues resolves.

Lol, user name is from when I used to play the game Half-Life.
I have restarted my Fitbit, that usually works for a few weeks, a month if I’m lucky. But then starts loosing sync again.

it’s a shame you need to restart your tracker every couple of week or a month if luck would have it) It’s certainly not designed to be that way for sure. Did you happen to change your clock face as I suggested? I’d definitely give that a shot and test it out for a bit.
