What a drag,man, this Sense keeps not syncing and then it starts rebooting! Customer service knows there’s a problem and wants me to send my brand new device to them but they will only send back a refurb. Wtf Fitbit? Why even release a device onto the market with know software issues. Ive spent 4 years with Fitbit and this event is enough to drive me away. This is a zero star rating on this one.

I understand where you're coming from about the experience with your watch and the replacement process offered to you.
