My Sense wouldn't open the exercise app, so I turned it off. When I tried to turn it on again, it got stuck on the Logo screen and vibrates over and over again, as if it was stuck in the process of turning on. After a while it turned off completely. I tried to restart it by pressing the button for 10 seconds, the logo came out again and again it kept repeating the power-on process, it vibrates and the logo goes off and then it vibrates again, it reappears and so on, until it turns itself off again .
It has a full battery charge.
The Fitbit was purchased around May of this year, after a Sense I used for an Easter swim broke down.

Hi @Dburbano35 - you can try turning off your phone's Bluetooth and then restart the watch manually if you can.
If you are able a button factory reset may also resolve it and you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.
Otherwise it can be replaced under warranty which can take a while.
