Sense keeps shutting off

Is anyone else having issues with the fitbit sense just shutting off. It happens when I am wearing it or when I take it odd. It is fully charged. Did a factory reset and it does not help. Shuts off a minute into wearing it. Cannot get it to turn back on unless I plug it in which always says it is 100% battery.

@MattyKat @IrmaV @dh44 @marksurry have you guys updated to the latest firmware version 5.1.1 (44.128.4.17) ? I know Fitbit was working on addressing that issue.

I had a Sense which constantly restarted on its own accord.    Sometimes minutes apart.  After a week I sent it back to Amazon as faulty and purchased a replacement.  Haven't experienced this issue with the new one so suspect the original was a faulty unit.

This is happening to me - my Sense shuts off randomly - only way to turn it back on is put it on the charger and do a hard reset. Battery is not low when it does this.

@MattyKat@dh44@marksurry that is exactly what is happening to mine... I uninstalled and installed the app; also reset the watch to its original manufacturing settings and still it has the same issue.  It is extremely annoying and disappointing after paying so much money for something this unreliable...

@IrmaV @Marrrmaduke I sent my original Sense back which constantly rebooted.  My replacement is running the latest firmware (44.128.4.17) and I've not had any issues at all.  I'm really happy with my Sense now.

Yes, since my last firmware update a few weeks ago, I have only had the issue maybe one time. The battery is also not draining as quickly as before. Feels like this has been resolved for

me!

My Sense continues to do exactly the same thing.  I've done a factory reset and it still continues to do it. I've updated the latest version and to no avail the same problem.  I'm so disappointed as this isn't a price of a plastic toy.

Having the same issue. Looks like this was an issue a year ago, and now it’s happening again. I have replaced my sense already because it was doing this and now the new one is doing the same. Every time I use the run or walk features it shuts down.

It's a little upsetting.  If it was inexpensive it wouldn't bother me so much but I can't and won't buy another. Sent from my Bell Samsung device over Canada's largest network.
