Sense keeps tracking even when I'm not wearing it

My sense keeps continues tracking my heart rate, zone minutes even when I am not wearing it. Is there a way to stop this?

Hi, @AbiV , welcome to the community, I understand this is known about. I find that if I do take my Sense off placing it face down on a surface usually prevents an occurrence.

I have the same issue with my sense. It thinks I am sleeping when I take it off so tonight it logged over 14 hours of sleep and did not track anything during my sleep. I never had this problem with my Ionic. 

 

It also continued to track my heart rate all day long even though I did not wear it for 4 hours.
