Sense less than a month old - was charging and then will not show anything but the fitbit logo

The sense was at 68% and put it on to continue charging. When I took the charging cable off.  It started showing the fitbit logo and continues to try to recycle from logo to blank screen.  It makes a sound when plugged into my computer.
