I bought a new (unused) sense of ebay, literally still in its packaging. It paired to my phone for a few days and now is unable to pair as it has been locked. Getting a response from tech support has been ridiculous as I first asked for help on the 17th sept and still no response 😡 starting to get really frustrated and annoyed, the person who sold me it is also getting nowhere with fitbit 😡 how do I get it to reconnect to my phone?

Look on this forum for a method to factory reset the device, I have detailed it, as well as others, can't remember the steps, but once reset it will be like a new watch, make sure to unpair and remove all Bluetooth connections, leave the settings in the app, as the "new" reset watch will take over those settings, at least that was my experience, your milage may vary.
Found my instructions, It is all about timing....
Do this at your own risk...
1) Don't have the device plugged in or charging.
2) Press and hold side button for about 8 seconds you will feel a short vibration.
3) Wait until Fitbit logo appears, then disappears...
4) Immediately release then press and hold again this time wait for another vibration.
5 ) After vibration release button, the second vibration starts factory reset.
6) Wait, don't interrupt or have power loss or device is useless.

I have reset the sense and now it is on the original screen asking to pair to a device but as soon as I try to pair it comes up saying unable to pair due to being locked and contact support. Doesn't even count my steps now because it's showing the brand new needs pairing screen.
