I’m told it counts your arm movement as steps. I was driving for over two hours, got an alert that said 9 more steps to meet your goal, what's wrong?? I didn’t like that so I called them; that’s what they told me.

Hello @sjcarmike, @vduplanty. Welcome to the community forums. @vduplanty Thanks for your input.
Thank you for the detailed information and I'm sorry for any inconvenience. @sjcarmike I suggest you please confirm that MobileTrack isn't enabled. MobileTrack is a feature that records basic stats such as steps using your phone's sensors if you don't have a Fitbit device available. But there was a fan or anything buzzing nearby, or if your phone was vibrating during that time, that might have caused you to receive incorrect steps tracked.
If this is the case, I'd suggest you to remove this feature by following the steps described in this help article and monitor your Sense's behavior to see if this has any relationship.
@vduplanty If your device does record false activity, you can learn how to delete the data here: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1306. On a side note, if you still have additional questions, I recommend replying back to your case and our Support Team will be able to continue assisting you.
See you around.
