My Sense battery drains in 4 minutes and loses sync. I’ve charged full, rebooted phone, rebooted Sense, synced and the battery was dead in 4 minutes. I’ve done this 4 times. Any suggestions?

I am just looking in various forums because I am have an issue with "Charge 5" holding charge. Only lasts 5 or 6 hours. Seems to be happening across various families of fitbit.

Hi @okorganics - that would seem to indicate a a watch fault, it has most likely suffered water damage, or some severe interna; damage. Make sure it does not get hot while charging and if so, stop immediately. Also charge for 2 hours to make sure it is actually charging, which it may not be doing if it is not clean or there is a problem with the charge cable - see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

If you swipe the watch face to the right it shows the battery level on the Quick Settings screen to make sure you are getting the correct reading.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may help you do a factory reset but don't bother setting it up again, unless it resolves the battery draining issue, as you may be able to see the level on the initial screen after the reset to monitor how long it lasts.
