Sense no longer displays battery level when connected to charger

Fitbit sense no longer momentarily displays battery level when connected to the charger. I have cleaned the connections. Fitbit app indicates battery is full but I question this giving it's been over 24 hours since last charge.

Hi @Mikki57 - it is highly likely there is a charging problem, most likely the cable. follow the instructions here How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
