Sense no longer generates stress management score

I have used my Sense daily for over two years but over the last three days my stress management score is no longer displaying. I only take my watch off to shower and charge so I basically wear it 23.5 hours a day. My sleep habits haven’t changed either. I tried a hard reset on the device and checked for both sense and app updates but my devices are both updated and the hard reset did nothing.  It’s strange how much I’ve come to rely on that score but it really gives me some meaningful information. Please help if you have also had this issue.

My stress management has stopped working. It does not give any metrics for it. It has been 3 days!

@rbeau18 By "hard reset" you mean the same thing as a Factory Reset right?

Yes factory reset.

I'm sure you both cover the first 3 points. If I had to guess why you're not getting a score, like a lot of issues, it's that 4th point of syncing.

We have two sense watches in our home and both of them have not given stress management scores for the past 3 days!  I’ve turned off and on both my phone and watch but still don’t get the scores. Frustrating. Must be a systemwide “glitch”?

Definitely not a system wide issue. I've been getting my scores just fine.

Sorry I cant help but I have the same issue, I’ve had my sense for over a year and the stress management score has stopped working in the last 3 days and like you I only take it off to shower and charge

I’ve also had my Sense about a year and half and for the past three days my stress management score hasn’t been working. No score and no breakdown of categories as usual. It would be appreciated if Fitbit would address this issue and fix whatever has caused this to no longer work as normal. Thank you.

Mine has also not been working for the last 4 days now

The last day my Sense recorded information was Tuesday. I did each of the steps Fitbit recommended, but no change. Hoping this problem will be solved shortly.

I have been using Sense for the past 1 year without issue but past 4 days the stress management tab show blank result.

I have try shutting down the phone and sense but the problem still there.
What should I do to get the tracking back?

Welcome to the Fitbit community.

There's a recent post on this with some other users with the same issue.

Maybe it's a region-related issue? Where's everyone located? I don't have the issue and I'm in Tampa, FL.
