I have used my Sense daily for over two years but over the last three days my stress management score is no longer displaying. I only take my watch off to shower and charge so I basically wear it 23.5 hours a day. My sleep habits haven’t changed either. I tried a hard reset on the device and checked for both sense and app updates but my devices are both updated and the hard reset did nothing. It’s strange how much I’ve come to rely on that score but it really gives me some meaningful information. Please help if you have also had this issue.

I have tried every suggestion listed in this thread and i still dont have stress management score since 2/10. As a paying (not for much longer) subscriber, I am not very happy right now. Seems Fitbit has really gone downhill since the buyout. Time to move on to a device that is reliable and accurate.

For me removing and replacing the tile fixed the problem.

I have tried this and still no stress management score. I made sure all my phone updates are also good along with shutting everything down and restarting both my sense and my phone. Not sure what else to try.

Hi. I have done everything listed. I wear my watch 24 hours a day. I only take it off to shower every other day. I take 15000 steps a day and yes my heart rate is tracking. Everything is up to date. I have try to remove the stress tile and add it back. Logged in and out. Restarted phone and fitbit. Uninstaller app and reinstalled app. Also tried cleat cache. It stopped on Feb 8th. I have had no problem for a year. It says I need to agree to allow fitbit to use my information when you click the stress managment tile. But the agree button won't allow you to agree and you can not scroll up or down. I have an Samsung s10 plus. It's android based. Please help.

@LizzyFitbit :
I would like to add that removing the stress management tile and re-adding it, the 2 times I have done it (last time was Monday 2/14 in the afternoon), caused all the EDA, Relax, and manually entered mood/reflection data logs to be deleted from that time through now.
Also - this is possibly related as I mentioned in an earlier reply - my EDA scans, Guided Breathing, etc. haven't been recorded in the app since the same time (Monday 2/14 at 2:03pm CST last record but not last session even that same day) under the Mindfulness Sessions and Your Journey Tab. I even just took 3 more today (2 EDA's and 1 Guided Breathing) between around 12:30pm and have photos of my watch for proof as my HRV/RMSSD is an issue I've been working on w/ support, or trying to anyway, and nothing shows up. Uninstall, reinstall, reset, go through all the motions. Something is buggy and removing and adding back a tile may patch it for some people but won't fix the underlying bug which integrates with too many other features.

I am having the same issue. No problems with the Sense until Thursday February 10th when I had no Stress Mgmt score that day, nor any day since.
I meet all the stress management score requirements and have not changed my routine or habits so there's no reason it should have stopped. Sense is synching all other content fine.
I have force-closed the app, cleared the cache, rebooted the phone, restarted the Sense, and tried removing the tile and adding it back. Nothing worked.
I'm in the UK, and using a Samsung S7 on Android 8.0.0, and my fitbit app is up to date. I also have Fitbit Premium (though not for much longer if advertised features do not work).

Exact same issue I have been facing. It's been around a week since I have been getting the score. Worked perfectly before that.
Was there any solution?

Hi everyone.
Thanks for getting back with the requested information, and the screenshots of the Fitbit app. I'm sorry the stress management tile isn't generating your score correctly and appreciate your efforts while working on this. This issue has been reported to our team so they can further investigate, and identify a fix as soon as possible.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and your patience is truly appreciated. I'll keep you updated once I have more details to share.

These type of issues seem to be resolved on fitibit's side. I'm facing the same issue.

Any update to this issue? I am having same issue. When I reached out to Fitbit support they want me to send my sense back. I am reluctant because the other features are working. Any assistance would be appreciated.

@Soozeei What link are you talking about? Unfortunately, the reply system here doesn't copy who you're replying to so you need to mention them.
@Eyevy Welcome to the Fitbit community.
Have you tried the workaround that seems to have fixed some but not all users? Remove the Stress Management Score from showing on the today page and then adding it again.

Yes. I have tried all the recommended workarounds including some from Fitbit support.

I agree, it's been at least 2 weeks and not a word on why it's not working nor on when there will be a resolution.

I check the stress management score every day although I didn't get a score since 2/9/2022 and this morning I looked at the score for the month and there were scores for the week February 8 until 16 which I didn't had at that time. I don't know when the scores showed up because I normally check only the day and not the month.
I hope fitbit fixes this issue because I am paying now 8,99€ for something that doesn't work properly, I hope also that they compensate me for the month it didn't work as it was supposed to.
