Sense no longer keeping track of stairs and sleep is not accurate

Hello. I purchased my Fitbit Sense in December and everything worked perfectly except the AccuWeather has never been accurate. But now, the sleep tracking has my wake up up to 2 hours after I actually wake up and the stair tracker has stopped all together. Please give assistance on how to fix this. These are important features.  Thank you!

Hi @Anleach  - have you tried to do a Shutdown at the bottom of Settings on the watch. Wait 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

If it is not tracking stairs it could need cleaning - How do I clean my Fitbit device?  Be very careful not to insert anything in the small hole of the pressure sensor on the side as it could damage it.

To get good weather you need a watch that syncs well with the phone and the right permissions for the app.
