Hi! I'm loving my new Sense and all of it's features!
Problem I've been having after trying to do a factory reset. The red cross :cross_mark: saying 'data not cleared sync & try again stays on the screen. I've tried deleting the device, did the 4 digit code to set it up but it keeps giving me the red cross. I searched for answers and noticed that on other devices you can hold the button for at least 8sec and then again after the logo dissappears within 2sec to initiate a hard reset. I haven't been able to do this with my Sense. Maybe I've been doing it wrong or I don't know. Any help is welcome!

How are you trying to do a factory reset? Settings/about sense/factory reset?

Yes I did it by going to settings/about sense/factory reset. Only it didn't go through and gave me the red cross. Still does.
That's why I was searching for an alternative way to reset, maybe by pressing the button. As I read that with previous models you are able to do a reset that way. That is the reason why I was wondering if there is some way similar to do this with the Sense?

Solved it! I went back to basics. Deleted everything turned my phone off as well and reinstalled the Sense. After a while it started syncing and it installed the latest update as well without any issues.
