I went somewhere with my watch but forgot the charger. It was out of battery for approx 5 days and when I came back i immediately plugged it it. 1 pin in more down than the others but it will taketime for the replacement to come. I pressed on the button for 20 to 30 seconds and nothing happeed. No logo nothing. Even after leaving it for 3 hours it isn't working. Please help. Thankyou

Hi @Juufiitrnbcte - it is not uncommon for Charge cables to break in this way, normally replacing it will resolve the problem and allow you charge the watch. You can get one easily online.
It will need a full charge and just in case, check the watch does not get hot during charge.
When the watch has a completely flat battery it will do nothing.
