Sense not charging

Hi! I have been using my sense for a couple of months and I am surprised that it is charging any more!! The battery drained and I have tried cleaning the dust out, changing the usb connector, the outlet and NOTHING.. screen is just black! Please help

When contacting the Fitbit Support team as dear NellyG recommended, possible to mention all the things you've already tried to speedy things up.

Thanks guys. I do love my fitbit sense and will contact Customer Support to get it working again
