Sense not pairing

I've tried so many times to pair/sync my speakers and eat buds/airpods to my Sense.  Can never find a device when they are "on".  Not sure what is going on.  Never had a problem with my Ionic, but since it was recalled and I sent it back for my refund, the Sense will not add any device, no matter what I do.
