This as drove me potty as I was having the same problems and was ready to send my Fitbit back.;I had gone all thru the notifications to ensure they were on and still nothing. Then I had a brain wave… would my notifications still show up on my Fitbit if I had the preview hidden on my phone.? I used to be able to see most of my text messages on my screen without opening the messages until nosey people were also reading them when my phone was left around so I took them off. I have now put it back on and now my notifications come to my phone. On iphone go to notifications ensure banner style says persistent etc then scroll to bottom of page where it says Lock Screen appearance it says show preview… mine was off switch it to always and it should work. It did for me after spending all day yesterday going thru everything and still cudnt Fido it. Good luck! P.s if the sense controls don’t stay connected don’t worry mine don’t but everything works so I have no idea why they are there for. The sense one is connected but the sense controls aren’t.
