Sense not recording Fat Burn and Peak zone minutes

The app for my Sense watch is not recording Fat Burn & Peak zone minutes. When I use the sync function, it only records Moderate Activity zone minutes. Can this be fixed?

It’s good to see you in the community, @GaDuffer.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and would like to confirm if your heart rate zones are personalized? For more information, see What are heart-rate zones? I also recommend reviewing this help article about the factors that can affect your heart-rate reading: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

You earn Active Zone Minutes for time spent in the fat burn, cardio, or peak heart-rate zones. To help you maximize your time, you earn 2 Active Zone Minutes for each minute you’re in the cardio or peak zones. For more information about Active Zone Minutes, see How do I earn Active Zone Minutes?

By the way, I've moved your post to Sense board so we can keep our forums organized.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

My heart rate zones are personalized. The rates are being recorded, but they do not sync to the Zone Minutes on the Home Screen in the app.
