This thing will not worth i paid for it. Won’t download steps correctly or keep up with sleep info. Should have bought something else.

Thank you for the feedback. Sorry to know that it's not working as it should.

Please could you be so king to providing me with a few more details as for example: do you think there are more steps or less steps downloaded?

When was the last time the device was providing accurate sleeping info?

In the meantime please confirm that you are using the latest firmware of the smartwatch: How do I update my Fitbit device?
