Sense not recording first hours of sleep

Got my Sense a few weeks ago, and several times now it hasn’t recorded the first few hours of sleep, only starting after I get up to use the bathroom. My Charge 2 never had this problem. It’s discouraging to be taking a step backwards with a fancy new device!

Hi, @SleepApnea-R-Us , welcome to the community,  you may find this article helpful How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? , you will see it needs about an hour to start recording "Sleep", if you are very restless this may interrupt the process. If you do have a problem getting sleep you might find this board offers a way forward for you.
