Sense not sending bedtime reminder

I have followed the steps on the fitbit app for setting a bedtime reminder, ensured my device was synced, and shutdown/restarted both my phone and the Sense. My battery is charged. It will not send me a bedtime reminder no matter what I try. I seem to be getting all other reminders. How do I fix this?

From what you've mentioned, I'd assumed that your device enters DND or Sleep mode before your bedtime reminder is meant to be activated. Here's how to manage those settings on your device:
