Sense not shipped

I ordered the Fitbit sense on Tuesday and opted for two day shipping. Fitbit emailed a tracking number on Wednesday.  It still shows only the label was created today. Customer service told me to just keep checking the tracking number. Anyone else having this problem and getting poor answers or the runaround?

This issue really has nothing to do with Fitbit and everything to do with the delivery company.  I would contact the delivery company.  Once Fitbit sends out the device, it's out of their hands.
