On the watch display the data window show dashed lines
SPO2 is the only one that updates
inside the app in my phone the data is there.

If using a 3rd-party clock face, try switching to one "by Fitbit".

i was using the Fitbit SPO2 clock face
i switched it to a different Fitbit clock face and it’s working now

Glad it helped, but if it was a Fitbit clock face to begin with it should have shown other data at least.

Yes that’s what is strange
the SPO2 numbers were coming in until I restarted it and then it went blank too
