Sense not showing clock when I move my hand to see the time

Hello,

When I move my hand to see the time, Sense does not want to display the clock, its just black screen. I shake my hand, move it up, down and nothing. When I press the side button to see the time, I get the "Wallet is not setup", then I have to press it again to get out of this message and see the time. Something is not working. Anyone experience similar issue and do you have any suggesting for fixing it? I factory reset it but same issue.

Hi @Dkgcb - swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and turn off Sleep and Do not disturb and turn on wrist wake.

In case there is a more serious issue hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
