Hi @Subamaria - the migration can be quite a challenge for many, perhaps chat with support who can check what you did.

You have until May and they may sort out these issues.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the Fitbit app. 

If the app isn't showing data, give it a try perform the following steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Offload the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the hours of activity are available now.
