Hi @Kathleen1014. It's good to see a new face around the forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and just to confirm, do you mean that your Sense isn't syncing at all? Or is the issue with the control music function? Did you receive an error message on the Fitbit app?

Assuming your watch isn't able to sync with the Fitbit app, I'd recommend the following:

  1. Forget the Sense from the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone.
  2. Turn off any other Bluetooth connection that is nearby.
  3. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app. For iOS devices, see this article.
  5. Restart your watch.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync. If prompted, accept to pair your Sense via Bluetooth.
