My fitbit never tracks my exercise, specifically when I'm playing a sport. Yesterday I had 875 zone minutes and each session was well over 10 minutes (the minimum time to autotrack) but it tracked nothing...I used to be able to add it and then it would recognize but since they change the format you can't click on the activity times anymore to see the information to enter it correctly...
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @Jess0310. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Sense. Sorry to know the difficulty.
It seems that you might have MobileTrack on.
MobileTrack uses the phone's sensors to count steps. This is for when you have left your Fitbit at home (e.g. while charging). Please make sure MobileTrack is not activated.
It may happen that the steps recorded with the cell phone overwrite those of the Sense.

I just checked and it's not connected to track anything I didn't give it permission but it's connected through Bluetooth to the app on my phone does that matter??
