Hi @Als52 - unfortunately it is probably a watch sensor fault but as floors, or no floors, doesn't affect any of the other measurements it's alright to use the watch and forget about that indicative information.
Anything you try to do to fix it, other than a button restart, is only likely to make matters worse so not worth the effort.

Hi there, @Als52. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense has stopped tracking your floors. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this. @Guy_ Thank you so much for your input!
Please keep in mind that your Sense tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the watch. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem.
With that being said, please try cleaning it with by following these steps How do I clean my Fitbit device?
Don't forget that Fitbit devices that count floors have a small hole (altimeter sensor) on the back of the device so please don’t insert any items, such as paper clips, into this hole as you can damage your device.
