Sense not tracking my workouts but active zone minutes

The sense will remember my active minutes in zone and not log any workout for what was done. It worked for the first 3 days and now it shows I haven’t exercised and I had two workouts in today. Weights then cardio. I have. Reset watch and phone logged out of app, disconnected from Bluetooth the watch, and then repaired watched to phone and app. This is frustrating. It’s a new watch. What else can be done. Phone and watch are completely updated. They were working?

@Fitgrl01 Are you relying on the Sense to track this for you automatically or are you using the Exercise function that is on the Sense?  I always recommend that if you want any exercise to show up in the app, that you start the exercise from the watch itself instead of relying on it to automatically track the workout.

From my experience, sometimes my heart rate doesn't get high enough when I do weight lifting for it to recognize I'm doing a workout.

I would just log the workout from your watch going forward as that is the most reliable way.

This is happening to me too, despite doing very active cardio. Why is a brand new device failing to detect activity acceptable for an activity tracker? One of the features is auto detection, so pressing a button manually shouldn't be the solution. My brand new $300 unit is failing to log at least 1 workout a week which I notice because later in the week it tells me I'm failing to reach my goals when I know I've already met them. Very frustrating experience. Considering a return or exchange.

I've started having this problem recently as well.  The Sense used to log all my workouts automatically but has suddenly stopped.  I've done all the resets multiple times and it still isn't working.  My heart rate is getting plenty high enough, and it logs the zone minutes, but not the exercise!  This is a fairly new watch and I am thinking I'm going to have to look for something from a different company if there isn't a fix soon.

Sense hasn’t tracked my workouts for the past 3 days as well!!! I start and end the workout from my watch and the. When I check the app on the phone - nothing!!! I just bought as well specifically to track workout heart rate and sleep and it’s failing on 3 for the past 3 days - not happy!!!!
