Sense not tracking swimming

Used for 3 years without fault been amazing and accurate for counting my swimming lengths. Now its like the movement sensor has been turned off because its not tracking any distance at all.  I swim to help control diabetes. Tried restarting everything and everything is firmware uptodate.
