I shut down the sence to see if it would help with sync. Now it won't turn back on what do i do only had it for a month

@Kelbel431 It needs to be fully charged when you get it.
Currently if you are on IOS there is a fault in the Fitbit App which drains the battery very rapidly so it may just simply be flat.
Normally putting on the charger will turn it on after a while, avoids using the indent to turn it on until you are use to it.
The workaround for the rapid battery drain is to temporarily turn off Bluetooth on the phone.
If the watch is faulty get it replaced quickly.
