Sense not updating previous sleep data after a restart and reconnect of the watch

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Sense stopped syncing two days ago. I had to restart and reconnect the watch to my phone.  Unfortunately the past two days of sleep and other data did not update.  I did the 10 second restart process that is not supposed to delete data.

Hi @KWB3 since there is no user process to reconnect to the phone.

I'll assume you mean that the tracker was removed from the Fitbit App and fitbit account. This requires that the user sets up the tracker as a new device. This may have reset any data on the watch that has not synced to your fitbit account.

If the watch is setup and syncing, sorry but the data may be lost.

With a sync issue, yes the watch may be removed from the phones Bluetooth. Next time, or sometime later today, the fitbit app will notice that the tracker has been removed and request permission to connect the tracker.

You do not want to remove the tracker from your fitbit account.
