Sense not working and not turning on

My Sense is just not turning on. It is a blank black screen and even the lights on the bottom of the watch do not come on. It will not respond to attempts to reset it(holding side button for a while, 10 to 30s) and has been on the charger overnight and for a couple additional hours. 

Yesterday, it had low battery when I was using it while swimming. It suddenly turned blank(the battery was around 12%) and did not respond when I put it on charge, but I assumed it just died. 

Today I tried to turn it on but it did not respond. I used a lightly damp towel to clean the contact points on the watch and then allowed it to charge for another hour before trying to reset. I've tried to reset it a few times within the past hour. I've held the button for as long as 2 minutes. Still blank black screen with no lights. What should I do?

I tried plugging it into a new outlet and it sort of responded. When I have it plugged in, it vibrates once. Then if I hold it while it's plugged in, it vibrates another time. But it doesn't vibrate any more if I hold it longer after that. And it still has had a blank black screen through all of this. Any ideas?

It seems like I too am in the just died category,  which is frighteningly common on these forums. Can't even figure out a way to get to support by chat anymore.  Just another example of nobody cares about their products or those who buy them.
