It unfortunate that out of the blue my fitbit sense stop working. Support was not able to assist and Ive only have it for 1 year and 4 months. The fitbit icon is frozen on my watch and restrating rebioting force stop . Reinstalling ...all has not work. If i cant fix i definitely think it time to move on to another brand . 300 down the drain for a watch thay was probably never worth this i the first place

Hi @Loveactive - check in the country where you live if the warranty is 1 or 2 years. If the latter get it replaced under warranty.
If you look in the forums you will find other examples of this problem. As yet the cause and the remedy are unknown.

Thank you @Guy_ but it not covered under warranty. I was offered 35% off instead. Just thought i see if someone had some tricks. 😔

@Loveactive- quite right to try, but there are few things that are terminal, it would be nice if there were some solutions, for your case, and when a factory reset kills the watch.
Keep trying - possibly let it run down for a week or so, till its not working at all for a few days, then recharge it for 2 hours, making sure its charging by using a computer and detecting it's presence. Then restart the phone a and try "+Set up a Device' on the Fitbit App. Though it's unlikely to work unfortunately.
