My Sense watch is stuck on the 'download the Fitbit App' message. I have downloaded the app successfully and Bluetooth says it is paired with my watch. But the watch is still telling me to download the app. Any suggestions please?

Thank you Mario. I have followed the above instructions and the Sense is updating now, however it is taking a long time, its been 1.5 hours already and its only half way there, is this normal?

Regarding your question, it usually shouldn't take that long. Factors such as the internet connection or charge level could affect the process.
We could try something different. On your phone, in Bluetooth settings, try to forget the device (don't unpair in the App) and then set it up as a new device following the steps shown here : How do I set up my Fitbit device?
It should show you the update message, and then you can try again to perform it.
