Given one of the main purposes of buying a sense over another product is the ability to go without your phone - the issues with the music features should be better described. For one, it was not clear that the Sense would not have the ability to store music offline without an additional subscription to Deezer. I also have not been able to control the volume of my airpods when connected to the device - it does change but is capped at a volume that is not high enough to hear above typical outdoor sounds.
Will these features be worked out soon?

As for being worked out, is this something that Fitbit is working on? As users we don't know what Fitbit is thinking.

I had the same issue with a Versa 2 where the volume would only go to a certain level. Maybe what I did will work. I unpaired the airpods from the versa (Settings>Bluetooth>Remove) and then reset the airpods and the volume is not capped at a certain level anymore.
Reset - Open the airpods case and see the green light, hold the button on the back of the case and the light will flash white, continue holding the button and after about 15 seconds the light will switch to orange. When they are reset the light will flash white. I paired them with the versa again and the volume is not capped anymore. Hopefully it will stay this way.
