Hi there, @FlightWalker9. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Sense.
If you can’t answer on-wrist calls, check the following requirements:
If you continue to have issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Note that Sense Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging.
By the way, I've moved your post to the Sense board for organization purposes.

You actually didn't answer the question, the post was asking the same thing I am, I can answer the calls but cannot hear them and they can only hear me as a whisper. Is there a way to turn up the volume?

I don’t think you can actually do on-wrist calls, given that the mic doesn’t work. It’s one of the reasons I wish Apple Watch had the EDA sensor, I would be done with Fitbit.

There is a volume up feature on the Sense when you answer a call.

You can receive calls and technically you can make calls but when you make a call from the Sense the person on the other end cannot hear you if you are trying to talk through the Sense instead of your phone. They can hear you if you received the call although you must always raise the volume because the default sound is low. Very silly how they've configured this where people can hear you through the Sense when you received the call but cannot hear you through the Sense if you made the call. Phone must also ALWAYS be in very close proximity for receiving and/or making calls. All these features need tweaking by Fitbit computer programming.
